We are four, Serena, Linda, Sofia and Rudi.
BNTLX focus on multiple themes like artificial intelligence, usurped humanity and gender politics, and our programming allows us to release music who is inspired by these topics.
BNTLX is a multicellular soft tissue open to every kind of guests, but mostly women and queer artists.
We invite contamination as a mutational driver between organic and post-digital realms.
Music is known to be one of the most visible forms of artistic expression through which traditional patriarchal values in society can be contested and challenged.
However, it has not been recognised to what extent globalisation has enhanced or hindered the use of music as a tool for gender equality.
Therefore, it is necessary to find linkages between gender and music in globalisation processes.
BNTLX is here to seek a possible linkage.
We believe in postgenderism.
Postgenderism is an extrapolation of ways that technology is eroding the biological, psychological and social role of gender, and an argument for why the erosion of binary gender will be liberatory.
Postgenderists argue that gender is an arbitrary and unnecessary limitation on human potential, and foresee the elimination of involuntary biological and psychological gendering in the human species through the application of neurotechnology, biotechnology and reproductive technologies.
Postgenderists contend that dyadic gender roles and sexual dimorphisms are generally to the detriment of individuals and society. Assisted reproduction will make it possible for individuals of any sex to reproduce in any combinations they choose, with or without "mothers" and "fathers," and artificial wombs will makembiological wombs unnecessary for reproduction. Greater biological fluidity and psychological androgyny will allow future persons to explore both masculine and feminine aspects of personality.
Postgenderists do not call for the end of all gender traits, or universal androgyny, but rather that those traits become a matter of choice. Bodies and personalities in our postgender future will no longer be constrained and circumscribed by gendered traits, but enriched by their use in the palette of diverse self-expression.

Guenter Råler focuses on the exploration of post-digital aesthetic, where the connection between human and mechanical processes converge into an emotional deconstruction.
The main intent is to eliminate rhythmic patterns, creating an amorphous, majestic but dystopian, decadent, often alienating sound flow.
The predominant use of rhythmic accelerations, distortion of the spectrum, use of energetic dynamics and unstable narrative lead to a continuous metamorphosis, a personal evolution of sound hallucinations in Cyberspace.
Guenter Råler is the alias of Irene Cassarini (1995), producer, DJ and sound designer from Bologna.
After three years in Electronic Music and Sound Design at the Conservatory of Bologna, she attended a specialized course in Sound Design for cinema, video games and virtual reality, deepening her knowldge in the fields of visual art and interactivy.
In 2016 she moved to Stockholm (Sweden) for a year, where she attended the Royal College of Music exploring some areas of interest including multi-channel spatialization and diffusion, algorithmic and audiovisual composition, and coming into contact with the Swedish experimental music scene.
In this period in Stockholm she also worked and recorded at the EMS studios, where she was listed among the Elektronmusikstudion projects of 2017.
Almost a year has passed since the ghost of Serena Butler made its appearance on the realms of Eerie - Techno oddball Marco Shuttle’s label.
Now s/he and other beings gave birth to a new continuum.
Bene Tleilax. where Serena’s second EP. “From The Cloud To Our Bodies”. has been conceived. Dub visions and found sound sculptures float over a maelstrom of skeletal techno remains. together with delicate melodies and vocal swarms from a realm where nothing is so sacred that it cannot be reengineered and transformed.
This is a release which seizes alienation as impetus to generate new worlds while remaining still counter-trend to certain dark souls in modern electronic music.
Another biomechanical effort which sounds like the perfect nexus of fluid hopes and unparalleled roles.
